Who We Are
Santa Fe Heights is a 99 bed skilled nursing facility certified by Medicare/CMS and state medical program. We offer our residents stimulation, individualized programs designed to provide comfort, security, safety and freedom in a warm, caring, and homelike atmosphere. Our post acute platform also includes full therapy services ( physical, occupational and speech). We pride ourselves in providing and catering to individual needs as part of patient’s plan of care.
