Psychiatric Services

Santa Fe Heights offers a secure environment for adults who suffer from psychiatric disturbances. Our facility is entirely gated with
wander guard to ensure our residents safety. Our on call psychiatrists and physicians emphasizes crisis intervention, patient stabilization, acute therapy and medication management programs.

Social Services

Our Social Services Director meets residents and loved ones to plan for emotional and psychosocial guidance. Director also assists with Individual and family counseling, Community Referral Service, Discharge Planning & Ancillary Services (Podiatry, Dental, EENT & Psychology).

Nutritional Services

We recognize the importance of nutritious meals and snacks supervised by a registered dietitian. Feeding assistance and retraining are incorporated in the dining program.

Custodial care

Resident assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and dining. Restorative program implementation.

Dietary Services

Our dietary experts can help set our patients on the correct course of nutrition to assist in our standards of comprehensive care. Every patient's meals are tailored to meet their dietary needs to expedite in recovery and improved condition. When it comes to nutrition and metabolism, we check every patient's vitals to ensure that every aspect of their care - including the food that's going into their bodies - is setting them on the correct course for full health and mobility.
